What is the process from start to finish?
You send us records through Dropbox or Box (or whichever ERM software you choose). We then conduct the review and upload it to the software, sending you a notification that your review is ready.
What if I'm not satisfied with the review? Can I send it back for revisions?
Although we have never had a review returned for revisions (we get it right the first time!), we will be happy to make any revisions you need.
What is the payment process?
We can invoice you by review or monthly, whichever you prefer.
